Two-temperature Magneto-thermo-elasticity Response in a Perfectly Conducting Medium Based on Gn Iii Model

چکیده

This paper deals with magneto-thermo-elastic interaction due to thermal shock on the stress free boundary of the half-space of perfect conducting medium in the context of two-temperature generalized thermo-elasticity with energy dissipation (TEWED) (GN III model), see [1, 2, 3]. The governing equations are solved in the Laplace transformation domain using state-space approach. The inversion of the Laplace transformation is computed numerically using a method based on Fourier series expansion technique. Finally, the results obtained are presented graphically for the problem. Some comparisons have been shown in figures to estimate the effects of the two-temperature parameter, the damping coefficient and the applied magnetic field. AMS Subject Classification: 74F10, 42C20
